Job Summary
Providing support for a cloud-based multichannel e-commerce platform, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot issues, assist clients with platform functionality, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients using the e-commerce platform
- Assist customers with inquiries related to platform functionality and features
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and communication
Required qualifications
