Job Summary

Supporting a rapidly growing team, the full-time remote Technical Support Specialist will manage software deployment, provision new hire equipment, and assist employees with technical issues.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory of installed software and manage licensing and upgrade policies
  • Respond to technical support tickets in Jira, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly
  • Set up and configure new systems, applications, and manage user accounts based on company policies
Required qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience supporting hardware and software applications
  • Experience with Mac and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting skills
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and networking concepts such as IP addressing and DNS
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
