Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the full-time Technical Support Specialist I will troubleshoot Jenzabar products, analyze customer issues using SQL and logs, and deliver high-quality customer service while managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, professional technical support for Jenzabar products, troubleshooting both functional and system-level issues
  • Analyze and resolve customer problems using SQL, logs, and structured troubleshooting workflows
  • Document findings and solutions concisely for customers and the internal knowledge base
Required qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting web applications or enterprise software
  • Functional knowledge of accounting principles or experience in a Business Office or similar financial operations role
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail
