Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot customer issues, provide exceptional support through various channels, and contribute to team projects while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer issues using internal and external documentation and tools to deliver great customer experiences
- Become Smartsheet Product Certified and assist customers via email, phone, and chat
- Partner with leaders to achieve performance goals in customer satisfaction and quality assurance
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of technical or customer support experience, or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate empathetic and confident issue ownership
- Working knowledge of assigned features is a plus
- Flexibility in working hours, including outside standard business hours
- Eligibility to work in the Federal Government Segment as a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
