Job Summary

Providing comprehensive technical support remotely, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot software issues, assist users with disabilities, and document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support and monitoring for all software products
  • Assist users who are blind or have low vision through various communication channels
  • Document customer interactions and common issues in the ticketing system
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Proficiency in Windows desktop and server operating systems, MacOS, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and accessibility tools
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
