Job Summary
Providing comprehensive technical support remotely, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot software issues, assist users with disabilities, and document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and monitoring for all software products
- Assist users who are blind or have low vision through various communication channels
- Document customer interactions and common issues in the ticketing system
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support
- Proficiency in Windows desktop and server operating systems, MacOS, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with assistive technology and accessibility tools
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
