Job Summary

Providing tier 2 hands-on support to end-users, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will manage IT support requests, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot various technologies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver hands-on technical support for end-users, both in-office and remote, using ticketing systems like Servicenow and Jira
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot a range of end-user computing devices and software applications
  • Provide customer training and maintain documentation while enforcing security standards
Required qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role
  • Experience providing end-user support across various technologies and systems
  • Background as a Systems Administrator or in enterprise IT environments
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
