Job Summary
Providing tier 2 hands-on support to end-users, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will manage IT support requests, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot various technologies in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on technical support for end-users, both in-office and remote, using ticketing systems like Servicenow and Jira
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot a range of end-user computing devices and software applications
- Provide customer training and maintain documentation while enforcing security standards
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role
- Experience providing end-user support across various technologies and systems
- Background as a Systems Administrator or in enterprise IT environments
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
