Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Support Specialist will provide customer assistance through phone and email, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain documentation to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional phone and email support to Ting customers
- Create and maintain clear documentation for internal and external use
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, acting as a liaison between operational departments
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or valid certification in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer support roles
- Experience using ticket systems to track and resolve customer inquiries
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer care via phone and email
- Availability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
