Job Summary

Passionate about the entertainment industry, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will support clients in maximizing their use of PIX and Flow Capture products, managing support requests and resolving technical issues remotely while collaborating with a dedicated Client Team.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage support requests and resolve technical issues across various platforms, including user training and troubleshooting
  • Advise and educate clients on project workflows, administration, and organization of materials
  • Monitor client experiences and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enhance satisfaction and identify process improvements
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service/support, preferably in the entertainment industry
  • Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Experience with Autodesk Flow Capture and/or PIX is a plus
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to quickly find solutions to complex issues
