Job Summary

Providing first-level technical support, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will manage customer requests through a ticket-based system while maintaining and updating client websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain, update, and implement changes to client websites using HTML, CSS/LESS, and JavaScript
  • Handle customer requests via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls to resolve issues promptly
  • Create content for the InteractRV Knowledge Base and participate in training sessions on new web technologies
Required qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS/LESS or SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience with mobile-first, responsive web design, and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Flexbox
  • Previous customer service experience (2+ years preferred) and web development experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Ability to work in a team environment while managing frequent interruptions
  • Enjoyment of technical challenges and a knack for developing creative solutions
