Job Summary
To enhance customer experience, the full-time remote Technical Support Specialist will provide empathetic and effective solutions to technical challenges, partner with the Customer Success team, and contribute to the evolution of support offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the platform to understand diverse customer use cases
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, addressing software navigation, troubleshooting, and billing questions
- Proactively guide users with creative solutions and maintain the accuracy of customer help resources
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a SaaS or technology platform
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills and a passion for understanding technical issues
- General understanding of the software development life cycle and relevant tools
- Experience with Help Desk platforms and Live Chat tools
