Job Summary

Supporting healthcare clients remotely, the contract Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot software issues, assess problem severity, and manage client inquiries using Salesforce.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues for healthcare customers
  • Assess issue severity and scope during client inquiries and requests
  • Log and manage client issues in Salesforce, escalating complex inquiries as needed
Required qualifications
  • Experience working directly with clients, including screen sharing and issue resolution
  • Background in healthcare
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for managing a high volume of tickets
  • Familiarity with Jira
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in telephone interactions
