Job Summary
Supporting healthcare clients remotely, the contract Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot software issues, assess problem severity, and manage client inquiries using Salesforce.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot product and technical issues for healthcare customers
- Assess issue severity and scope during client inquiries and requests
- Log and manage client issues in Salesforce, escalating complex inquiries as needed
Required qualifications
- Experience working directly with clients, including screen sharing and issue resolution
- Background in healthcare
- Proficiency with Salesforce for managing a high volume of tickets
- Familiarity with Jira
- Strong communication skills, particularly in telephone interactions
