Supporting healthcare clients remotely, the contract Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot software issues, assess problem severity, and communicate effectively with clients while managing inquiries in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues for clients
  • Assess issue severity and scope during client inquiries
  • Log and manage client issues in Salesforce, escalating complex cases as needed
Required qualifications
  • Experience working directly with clients, including issue resolution via screen sharing
  • Background in healthcare
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for ticket management
  • Familiarity with Jira
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions
