Job Summary
Providing reliable support to clients using software solutions, the remote contract Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, manage client inquiries, and educate customers on product usage.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot product and technical issues for clients and internal teams
- Assess the severity and scope of issues to determine appropriate resolution paths
- Manage and track client issues in Salesforce, escalating complex cases as needed
Required qualifications
- Experience working directly with clients, including real-time issue resolution
- Background in healthcare
- Proficiency with Salesforce for ticketing and handling high-volume queues
- Familiarity with Jira
- Strong communication skills for managing inbound and outbound calls
