Job Summary

Working remotely from any US-based location, the full-time Agent Tech Support Specialist will service agent inquiries regarding software issues, triage problems, provide solutions, and document interactions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to agent inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing guidance and solutions for technical issues
  • Document issues and collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex problems
  • Identify and distribute self-help documentation to assist agents with self-service options
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
  • Minimum of two years' experience in technical support preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software preferred
  • Ability to analyze problems and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused with skills in conflict and issue resolution
