Job Summary

Providing technical support for HungerRush Point of Sale systems, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot, configure, maintain, and optimize customer hardware and software in a remote environment, ensuring timely resolutions for restaurant operators.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound technical support cases via phone, addressing various hardware and software issues
  • Document all case activity accurately in the ticketing system and escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive timely resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in computer technology, with a minimum of 1 year in a technical help desk or call center environment preferred
  • Technical certifications such as Net+ or CompTIA A+ are advantageous
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry and familiarity with POS equipment preferred
  • Bilingual speakers are preferred
