Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical support in a contract role, the Technical Support Specialist will assist a large-scale manufacturing client with data tools and analytics platforms, ensuring reliability and performance for business users, while primarily supporting Japanese staff and working remotely or from Sparks, NV.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data tools, reporting platforms, and analytics systems
- Modify and improve user interfaces for platforms such as Palantir, Celonis, and Tableau
- Collaborate with internal IT, data teams, and end users to resolve issues and support platform adoption
Required qualifications
- Experience in analytics tool development (e.g., Palantir, Celonis, Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of data structures and ability to interpret data tables based on ER diagrams
- Bilingual in Japanese
- Effective communication skills in English
