Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Commercial Solutions Specialist will provide primary technical support for telematics, data services, and fleet management, focusing on diagnosing and resolving customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support and guide users through step-by-step solutions
  • Take ownership of complex issues, escalating as necessary, and communicate resolution efforts to stakeholders
  • Capture and report customer support issue trends to management, identifying opportunities for business improvement
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate or college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience required
  • Previous experience with a Percepta or Ford program is advantageous
  • Understanding of operations program handling processes preferred
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
