Job Summary

Providing remote support and training for Maximus products, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will handle tech support calls, coordinate with support teams, and train customers and distributors on product functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming tech support calls via Zendesk and emails
  • Coordinate with USA & Canada support teams and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Train customers and equipment installers on product functions and system performance optimization
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably with live production on sow farms
  • Valid USA driver's license
  • Basic electronic knowledge and familiarity with low voltage components
  • Industry knowledge related to smart controllers in swine and/or poultry
