Job Summary
Providing remote support and training for Maximus products, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will handle tech support calls, coordinate with support teams, and train customers and distributors on product functions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming tech support calls via Zendesk and emails
- Coordinate with USA & Canada support teams and follow up on customer inquiries
- Train customers and equipment installers on product functions and system performance optimization
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably with live production on sow farms
- Valid USA driver's license
- Basic electronic knowledge and familiarity with low voltage components
- Industry knowledge related to smart controllers in swine and/or poultry
