Job Summary
Providing remote technical support, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will manage customer training and troubleshooting for Maximus products, coordinating with distributors and internal teams to optimize system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming tech support calls and emails via Zendesk software
- Train equipment installers and end users on product functions and system setup
- Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to deliver optimal project solutions
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably with live production on sow farms
- Valid USA driver's license
- Basic electronic knowledge and familiarity with low voltage components
- Industry knowledge related to smart controllers in swine and/or poultry
