Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will manage customer training and troubleshooting for Maximus products, coordinating with distributors and internal teams to optimize system performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming tech support calls and emails via Zendesk software
  • Train equipment installers and end users on product functions and system setup
  • Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to deliver optimal project solutions
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably with live production on sow farms
  • Valid USA driver's license
  • Basic electronic knowledge and familiarity with low voltage components
  • Industry knowledge related to smart controllers in swine and/or poultry
