Job Summary

Providing first-level technical assistance, the full-time remote Technology Technical Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound client communications, troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver front-line technical support for high-speed internet services, addressing customer inquiries and issues
  • Resolve technical problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment, striving for first-call resolution
  • Manage a trouble ticket system for user issues and ensure adherence to work schedule assignments
Required qualifications
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and familiarity with operating systems and software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
