Job Summary
Providing remote technical support for software and hotel door locking systems, the full-time Technical Support Representative will diagnose issues, guide users to solutions, and manage product return authorizations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and create Salesforce case tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by diagnosing symptoms
- Accurately enter customer queries into the company's database and escalate priority issues as needed
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, Visio, and TCP/IP networks
- Relevant experience in system-level testing, servers, and software application testing
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred college degree or equivalent industry experience in information technology or a related field
