Job Summary

Providing 24x7 remote technical support, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot customer and patient issues, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high service quality while working Eastern Time hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver remote troubleshooting to resolve customer and patient issues efficiently
  • Document cases accurately to support compliance and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of technical troubleshooting experience in a remote environment
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, CCNA, or Azure (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with remote tools and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of server management, cabling, and IT maintenance
