Job Summary

Providing technical support to customers, the full-time remote Technical Support Specialist will analyze problems with electro/mechanical equipment and software applications, serve as a liaison between Roche and customers, and maintain a database of issues while working flexible hours, including 2nd or 3rd shifts and weekends.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze basic problems with non-functioning equipment and recommend corrective actions
  • Act as the primary support liaison between Roche and customers, addressing application questions
  • Maintain and improve the quality system while achieving quality objectives through daily actions
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent military training in medical technology, electronics, or a related field
  • Phone customer service experience
  • Clinical chemistry applications background
  • Applications training in cobas 6000, cobas 8000, or related systems
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
