Job Summary

Providing technical support for HungerRush Point of Sale systems, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain customer hardware and software remotely, ensuring optimal operation for restaurant operators.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, managing a high volume of inbound cases across varying complexities
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently while documenting all case activity accurately
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive timely resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree or higher is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in computer technology, with technical certifications such as Net+ or CompTIA A+ preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical help desk or call center environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred, along with familiarity with POS equipment
  • Bilingual speakers are preferable
