Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot customer issues, deliver exceptional support, and contribute to team projects while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using various tools and resources to ensure great customer experiences
  • Become Smartsheet Product Certified and assist customers through email, phone, and chat channels
  • Partner with team leaders to meet performance goals in customer satisfaction and productivity
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of technical or customer support experience, or equivalent
  • Ability to demonstrate empathetic issue ownership and direct customers to appropriate resources
  • Working knowledge of assigned product features is a plus
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as required
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to work in the Federal Government Segment
