Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot customer issues, deliver exceptional support, and contribute to team projects while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer issues using various tools and resources to ensure great customer experiences
- Become Smartsheet Product Certified and assist customers through email, phone, and chat channels
- Partner with team leaders to meet performance goals in customer satisfaction and productivity
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of technical or customer support experience, or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate empathetic issue ownership and direct customers to appropriate resources
- Working knowledge of assigned product features is a plus
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as required
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to work in the Federal Government Segment
