Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Technical Support Specialist - Tier I will troubleshoot API integrations, digital ordering, and loyalty programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to API integrations, online ordering, and platform configurations
  • Deliver timely and professional support through various communication channels while maintaining ownership of issues
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles to improve team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role or 2+ years in a customer support role
  • Experience supporting third-party integrations, APIs, and data synchronization between technology systems
  • Proficiency using support tools such as Zendesk, Slack, and Notion
  • Strong ability to investigate software configuration issues and integration errors
  • Ability to manage support issues from intake through resolution while keeping stakeholders informed
