Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Technical Support Specialist - Tier I will troubleshoot API integrations, digital ordering, and loyalty programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to API integrations, online ordering, and platform configurations
- Deliver timely and professional support through various communication channels while maintaining ownership of issues
- Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles to improve team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role or 2+ years in a customer support role
- Experience supporting third-party integrations, APIs, and data synchronization between technology systems
- Proficiency using support tools such as Zendesk, Slack, and Notion
- Strong ability to investigate software configuration issues and integration errors
- Ability to manage support issues from intake through resolution while keeping stakeholders informed
