Job Summary

Providing expert-level technical assistance, the temporary remote Technical Support Specialist II will manage complex configurations, resolve sophisticated equipment issues, and deliver advanced troubleshooting for enterprise-grade hardware and software solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for configuration and troubleshooting of proprietary hardware, software, and integrated communication solutions
  • Perform firmware upgrades, manage support requests, and deliver multilingual assistance across various communication channels
  • Document and escalate cases while collaborating with senior engineering and support teams on high-priority incidents
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Hardware/Software Technical Support with advanced English proficiency and Dutch language skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced support environment
  • Experience with customer interactions through email, chat, and calls, providing troubleshooting guidance
  • Strong commitment to quality and maintaining accurate case documentation
  • Familiarity with web technologies, computers, and smartphones
