Job Summary

Providing expert-level support for enterprise-grade hardware and software solutions, the remote Technical Support Specialist will manage complex configurations, resolve sophisticated equipment issues, and deliver advanced troubleshooting in a temporary role lasting six months with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for enterprise installations, including configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software solutions
  • Perform firmware upgrades and manage support requests from initial contact through resolution, including returns and replacements
  • Monitor support queues and deliver multilingual assistance across various communication channels while resolving complex issues through remote sessions
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Hardware/Software Technical Support with advanced English proficiency and Dutch language skills
  • Ability to independently manage tasks with minimal guidance in a fast-paced support environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to quality
  • Experience managing customer interactions through email, chat, and calls
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate case documentation and escalating technical inquiries appropriately
