Job Summary
Providing expert-level support for enterprise-grade hardware and software solutions, the remote Technical Support Specialist will manage complex configurations, resolve sophisticated equipment issues, and deliver advanced troubleshooting in a temporary role lasting six months with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for enterprise installations, including configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software solutions
- Perform firmware upgrades and manage support requests from initial contact through resolution, including returns and replacements
- Monitor support queues and deliver multilingual assistance across various communication channels while resolving complex issues through remote sessions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Hardware/Software Technical Support with advanced English proficiency and Dutch language skills
- Ability to independently manage tasks with minimal guidance in a fast-paced support environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to quality
- Experience managing customer interactions through email, chat, and calls
- Skilled in maintaining accurate case documentation and escalating technical inquiries appropriately
