Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support and system administration, the full-time Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues for federal-focused software products while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical support resource for customers, investigating and resolving complex application and system-related issues
- Utilize advanced SQL skills for troubleshooting, data validation, and database maintenance activities
- Participate in product upgrades and testing, ensuring application stability and functionality through smoke testing and post-deployment validation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, application support, or systems administration
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries
- Experience supporting cloud-based environments, preferably AWS, and using monitoring tools like Datadog
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain required Federal CRS clearance
