Job Summary

Providing senior-level technical assistance, the temporary Technical Support Specialist will manage complex configurations and resolve sophisticated equipment issues for enterprise-grade hardware and software solutions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level support for enterprise installations, including configuration and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and integrated communication solutions
  • Perform firmware upgrades, manage support requests from initial contact through resolution, and document cases while collaborating with senior teams on high-priority incidents
  • Monitor support queues and provide multilingual assistance across various channels, resolving complex issues through remote sessions
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Hardware/Software Technical Support with advanced proficiency in Dutch and C2-level English
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple technical requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing customer interactions through email, chat, and outbound calls, with a focus on troubleshooting and providing guidance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality in service delivery
  • Familiarity with web technologies, computers, and smartphones
