Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time hourly Technical Support Specialist will answer phone calls and assist users in troubleshooting basic technical challenges remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and provide troubleshooting assistance for basic technical issues
  • Guide users through common solutions, such as clearing browser history and logging in/out
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns
Required qualifications
