Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time hourly Technical Support Specialist will answer phone calls and assist users in troubleshooting basic technical challenges remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and provide troubleshooting assistance for basic technical issues
- Guide users through common solutions, such as clearing browser history and logging in/out
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or support in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of technology operation and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
