Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will assist clients with web hosting inquiries, sales order processing, and support ticket management.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver inbound support via telephone and live chat to address customer inquiries
  • Process sales orders efficiently to facilitate customer transactions
  • Manage and respond to written support tickets in the Kayako Help Desk system
Required qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM and the web hosting industry
  • Understanding of various hosting products, including Shared, Reseller, and VPS
  • Familiarity with common web hosting environments such as CloudLinux and WHMCS
  • Knowledge of open source software like WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla
  • Ability to troubleshoot common web hosting issues, including CMS installation and DNS configuration
