Job Summary

Providing technical support in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Support Specialist I will respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, document interactions in CRM systems, and ensure a positive customer experience while following established procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls to provide technical support for software, services, and equipment
  • Document inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up actions
  • Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing education and meet department performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience with customer relationship management or similar systems
  • 2 years of practical experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Platforms
