Job Summary

As a full-time Technical Support Specialist, this remote position will manage customer inquiries regarding software issues through various communication channels, develop creative solutions, and ensure high-quality technical support to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with software-related inquiries via phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing
  • Become a product expert and create tailored solutions to meet customer needs while preventing and de-escalating issues
  • Provide comprehensive technical solutions efficiently to resolve customer issues with a focus on quality and speed
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in technical support
  • Experience troubleshooting iOS and Android app issues, including crashes and performance problems
  • Knowledge of user access issues, authentication failures, and permission-related errors
  • Familiarity with diagnosing fleet tracking issues and GPS inaccuracies
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to master complex software
