Job Summary
Providing remote technical assistance, the part-time Technical Customer Support Representative will troubleshoot basic user challenges and ensure exceptional customer service over a contract duration of 4-5 months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist users in troubleshooting basic technical issues
