Job Summary
Providing excellent customer service remotely, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and virtual meetings, ensuring timely resolutions and professional communication

Required qualifications
