Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing remote support for customers, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will assist with issues related to hosting environments, including troubleshooting WordPress, web hosting, and DNS problems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to customers through ticketing systems and community forums
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and email services
• Perform in-depth investigations to identify root causes and deliver effective, long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting WordPress websites and understanding themes and plugins
• Solid knowledge of PHP and MySQL, with familiarity in troubleshooting Node.js applications
• Experience administering and supporting Linux-based environments, preferably Ubuntu
• Strong understanding of DNS, SSL certificates, email deliverability, and web hosting infrastructure
• Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
