Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classify, prioritize, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets via ticketing system and forum
  • Provide outstanding support for the company Business Hub and Analytics Platform
  • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and development team to overcome technical challenges
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and RESTful APIs
  • Proven track record in administering and collaborating with software solutions on Linux and/or Windows platforms
  • Knowledge of Java Virtual Machine, Kubernetes deployment, Identity Providers, LDAP, Kerberos, SQL, HDFS, Tomcat, Hadoop, and cloud infrastructures
  • Exceptional English proficiency
  • Curiosity for embracing cutting-edge technologies
