Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to users in the commercial lending division
- Debug and assign issues with React/PHP-based applications to the engineering team
- Create clear and detailed product documentation for end users and support staff
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred
- 5-6 years of Help Desk/Customer Service experience
- 5-6 years of experience writing user-facing documentation
- Prior experience in the commercial lending industry
- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence or similar ticketing systems and knowledge bases
