Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users in the commercial lending division
  • Debug and assign issues with React/PHP-based applications to the engineering team
  • Create clear and detailed product documentation for end users and support staff
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred
  • 5-6 years of Help Desk/Customer Service experience
  • 5-6 years of experience writing user-facing documentation
  • Prior experience in the commercial lending industry
  • Knowledge of Jira & Confluence or similar ticketing systems and knowledge bases
