Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding technical issues with Clarity equipment and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, working with external IT, ISPs, carriers, and vendors as needed
  • Create and track equipment RMAs and install replacement equipment
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a customer-facing role
  • 2+ years working with Cloud-based software
  • Networking, IT, or telecommunications certification or equivalent work experience
