Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding technical issues with Clarity equipment and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, working with external IT, ISPs, carriers, and vendors as needed
- Create and track equipment RMAs and install replacement equipment
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a customer-facing role
- 2+ years working with Cloud-based software
- Networking, IT, or telecommunications certification or equivalent work experience
