Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in the AMERS EAST region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical customer support via email or chat to ensure a positive customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual performance metrics for a Technical Support Specialist
- Contribute to strategic projects such as analyzing data and advocating for bug fixes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support in the SaaS industry
- Experience troubleshooting APIs is preferred
- Highly skilled in working tickets efficiently and productively
- Ability to adapt to changing tech landscapes and support team members through change
- Experience in contributing to projects and recommending product improvements based on customer needs
