Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in the AMERS WEST region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email or chat to troubleshoot problems and answer questions
- Meet and exceed individual performance metrics for technical support
- Contribute to strategic projects such as analyzing data and advocating for bug fixes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in the SaaS industry
- Experience troubleshooting APIs is preferred
- Highly productive and passionate about improving skills and productivity
- Ability to work efficiently and empathize with customers
- Champion of change and able to set own course in a fast-paced environment
