Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in the AMERS WEST region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers via email or chat to troubleshoot problems and answer questions
  • Meet and exceed individual performance metrics for technical support
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as analyzing data and advocating for bug fixes

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in the SaaS industry
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs is preferred
  • Highly productive and passionate about improving skills and productivity
  • Ability to work efficiently and empathize with customers
  • Champion of change and able to set own course in a fast-paced environment
