Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative IV - Workforce Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform activities in support of technical or application environments, including product management and performance tuning
  • Independently analyze and design to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee project plans
  • Provide technical consulting and training, while collaborating with business and IT staff to resolve customer requests
Required Qualifications
  • BS in MIS or CS or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of IT experience, with 2 years as a Technical Service and Support Specialist II or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge in at least 4 IT areas such as Application Development Lifecycle and Project Management
  • Proven ability to lead small to medium scale projects and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience with technologies such as Database Technology and Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence Solutions preferred
