Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist L2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues, communicating details to stakeholders
  • Develop and document processes and best practices for customer support
  • Mentor level 1 and level 2 technical support specialists
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk)
  • Experience with developer tools, Postman, and writing SQL queries
  • Experience in healthcare IT or medical information systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
