Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist L2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues, communicating details to stakeholders
- Develop and document processes and best practices for customer support
- Mentor level 1 and level 2 technical support specialists
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk)
- Experience with developer tools, Postman, and writing SQL queries
- Experience in healthcare IT or medical information systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
