Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving issues related to installation and service orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and respond to service queues
- Handle customer record assignments for fiber orders and answer inquiries from technicians
- Participate in specialized tasks and stay informed on departmental methods and procedures
Required Qualifications
- MUST RESIDE IN NORTH CAROLINA
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Vocational training in a related field, such as computerized records management
- One to two years of telecommunications experience or knowledge of network fundamentals
- Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
