Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving issues related to installation and service orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
  • Respond to service queues and assist technicians and business partners via phone and chat
  • Participate in specialized tasks to support departmental objectives and stay informed on methods and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • MUST RESIDE IN NORTH CAROLINA
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Vocational training in a related field and 1-2 years of telecommunications experience
  • Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
  • Working knowledge of technical requirements associated with service offerings such as FTTP and VOIP
