Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving issues related to installation and service orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
  • Respond to service queues and assist technicians and business partners via phone calls and chats
  • Participate in specialized tasks and stay informed about departmental methods and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • MUST reside in North Carolina
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Vocational training in a related field, such as computerized records management
  • One to two years of telecommunications experience or relevant network fundamentals
  • Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
