Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving issues related to installation and service orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and partner with business units for network information
  • Respond to service queues and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
  • Answer calls and chats from technicians, maintaining detailed records of actions taken on orders
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Must reside in North Carolina
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Vocational training in a related field, such as computerized records management
  • One to two years of telecommunications experience or related network fundamentals
  • Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
