Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving issues related to installation and service orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and partner with business units for network information
- Respond to service queues and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
- Answer calls and chats from technicians, maintaining detailed records of actions taken on orders
Required Qualifications and Education
- Must reside in North Carolina
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Vocational training in a related field, such as computerized records management
- One to two years of telecommunications experience or related network fundamentals
- Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
