Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for remote positions in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and maintain understanding of MSI Video products, research, collaborate, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels and document information accurately
  • Prioritize tasks, continuously learn new skills, and keep up with the company's pace of innovation

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of relevant IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in a related field, or 4+ years of experience with additional technical education
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or equivalent, and experience with CRMs
  • Prior contact center experience in technical support and familiarity with the KCS Methodology
  • Experience in IP networking, operating systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently, handle complex situations, and demonstrate continuous learning mindset
