Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Shift Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support specialists
- Monitor ticket queues for timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Analyze support metrics and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar role
- With a Master's degree, three or more years of experience will be accepted
- Proven experience supervising help desk or IT support staff in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of common IT systems, hardware, software, and networking
