Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Shift Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support specialists
  • Monitor ticket queues for timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Analyze support metrics and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • With a Master's degree, three or more years of experience will be accepted
  • Proven experience supervising help desk or IT support staff in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of common IT systems, hardware, software, and networking
